Inclusion is more than just a word. We have often seen hard-working, educated young people who want to contribute to the development of their communities being marginalized and left out through ingenious manoeuvres imposed by the system.
We need to give young people more confidence, believe in them, give them a chance and invest in them. The results will undoubtedly be surprising.
If you don’t believe in young people, you don’t believe in the future. A country that doesn’t invest in its young people (the future) will find itself in a slump that will be difficult to reverse.
